Concept:
The stone walls of Nakatsu Castle in Oita Prefecture. The stones were stacked differently depending on the era of the warlord who ruled, and the boundary between the two still remains today. This confectionary is a colorful reproduction of the diagonal border of the wall, using amber sugar.
