Asia Package Design Conference

APD is an international conference that aims to promote the development and exchange of package design in Asia. Since its establishment in 1993, the member organizations, namely Korea Package Design Association (KPDA), Shanghai Packaging Technology Association (SPTA), Taiwan Package Design Association (TPDA) and Japan Package Design Association (JPDA) have taken turns to become host countries for APD. For our 16th APD this year, we will be welcoming Thai Package Design Association (ThaiPDA) as a new member as we strengthen our network and solidarity in the region.

On 18 November this year, for the first time in 11 years, Japan will be hosting APD in Nara city, a formal capital of Japan with a long history and rich culture. This will also be the first time APD is held online.

Anyone involved in the package design industry is welcome to join as a participant, regardless whether you are a JPDA, KPDA, SPTA, TPDA and ThaiPDA member or not.
